Telescopic Loading Belt

Working Principle

These are systems that can be nested in the loading sections of factories to facilitate the placement of long vehicles from the beginning to the end and to save space.

Features

  • They can be raised and lowered according to the height of the vehicle to be loaded thanks to the hydraulic pistons.
  • It has a loading range of 8.5 mt due to its horizontal extension and shortening.
  • Chassis balance feet
  • Thanks to the proxies limiting the take-off and landing of the pistons, the maximum landing-take-off positions can be limited according to the demand of the user during installation.
  • Operation of the band, piston landing take-offs, lengthening and shortening of the band can be controlled remotely by wireless control.

Options

  • They can be produced in different sizes.

Spare Parts

  • Bearings and housing
  • Reel and Drum
  • Chains and Gears

Advantages

  • Minimum staff requirement
  • Fast and precise planting.
  • Ability to place sacks at desired height.

Working Safety

  • Low voltage directive 2014/35 / EU
  • Machine directive 2006/42 / EC
  • Electromagnetic compatibility directive 2014/30 / EU
  • Related Harmonized Standards: EN12100 - 1, EN12100 - 2, EN 14121-1, EN 287-1, EN 60204-1, EN 61000, EN 55011
