Double Conditioner

Working Principle

Double Conditioner; It is ensured that steam is given to the semi-product by annealing. Molasses to the conditioner, enzymes, etc. liquid can be added. Different body diameters and shaft speeds provide optimum mixing of feed with steam and liquid additions. With the adjustable paddle angles, the waiting times in the feed conditioner can be adjusted. Gelatinization of the product starch is provided under heat.
